This beautiful event is only made more special being held at a place where Harry Potter was filmed. Being the second biggest library in the UK, the Bodleian holds the largest collection of Tolkien’s manuscripts and original works in the world!

What is included in the price of my ticket (£155 per ticket)

· Access to the ball from 7:00PM-12:00AM

· Canapes with dietary requirements in mind

​· You will get FREE access to all of the professional photographs and videos taken on the night by our incredibly talented team of three. We know photos are very important which is why we have a team to ensure every guest that wants to be photographed, is.

· Experience a beautiful string quartet to ball room dance to and other live music throughout the night including a harpist

· Guests will have the opportunity to take part in learning a dance routine led by professional dancers on the night. This is NOT mandatory and you can always watch or dance however you’d like while others learn the routine

· Worried about the dancing? Don’t be … we’re also including professional dancers who will mingle in with the crowd and give one on one dances and tips to help you get comfortable on the dance floor. You don’t need to know how to dance to attend our events

· Meet our special guests! We always have super fun and kind influencers at our events!

· Also experience a professional dance display during the night

What does the venue offer?

· The Bodleian Library in Oxford embodies our dark academia theme for this magical event. What better place to hold a bookish ball than at the second biggest library in the UK where Harry Potter was filmed! As a huge LOTR fan I have to also tell you that they house the largest collection of Tolkien’s original art work and manuscripts in the world!

· Our event will be held in the stunning divinity school, built in 1457 it is the oldest surviving purpose-built building for university use and the exact place you’ll remember seeing in Harry Potter!

· We will also provide access to the stunning court rooms which are accessed through a door in The Divinity School. This huge room can be used for sitting down and relaxing if you need to take a break form the event
